The "family" room is huge. It's a suite actually. Everything worked well. The decor is that of a first class hotel from the 80s. Nice and friendly staff. Room and bathroom don't seem to have been updated in the last 40 years. Even though almost everything is kept in acceptable shape, this comes of course with a lower comfort and functionality. The hotel does not maintain the standard of when it was built.

room was good sized and clean. toilet ok and water pressure good room without window opening. higher grade rooms are closed. lower grade rooms are with balcony. very strange.

Great location in the city center, close to many food spots and shopping centers. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit old, but clean. Some things could use a bit of repair or updating.

Room size is quite generous for even a standard room. The breakfast buffet was decent, could be better with more selection of food. The room smells awful, especially the bed linen. The bed sheet and pillow cases seem to have worn out and definitely need to be replaced. Some minor leaking in the bathroom and it looks a bit too old. Breakfast was served in the room on our first night which is hard to eat, the taste was bland and lack of freshness.
