The location is good the rooms need to be cleaned more and the AC smelled musty.

It's ok. Nothing special, one night stay is fine. A bit dirty, bathroom make water flood, invalid design.

very nice building the staff did not speak english, even with translator it was difficult to communicate. they asked for deposit what I did not really understand, it is not comfortable when you dont have too much cash with you.

The room was comfortable & clean. The female staff who showed up the next day was friendly & could speak some English & offer assistance. Coffee was offered in the morning for free. Upon arrival, the 2 male staff told me the credit card machine was broken & had no idea how to fix it, nor did they even try. The website says it accepts Visa/Mastercard, so I held it to them to resolve the issue, which took forever. After calling the owner, the machine was fixed & I could pay by card but they were not professional at all & they don't have proper customer service skills or knowledge. They spoke NO English. They should not be working in a hotel.

the lobby is nice and cosy. they provide hot water and coffee in the morning. the pictures dont represent the rooms. No room has window, beside the family room. That’s why it is stuffy. The rooms are not clean enough. The doors, the shower, the walls are dirty. If I would have known before, that this hotel belongs to red doorz I havent booked it. the stuff doesn’t speak English and cannot help a lot with questions. There is no breakfast, even if in some rooms it’s officially inluded.

The room is top tier. It's really small but still spacious for just one person. They provide a nice clean bed, toiletries, a water bottle, one desk, one plastic chair, air conditioner, and one big TV beside the bed. There's a mat in front of the bathroom and one trash can under the desk. And don't worry, there are lots of small hangers there. It's in the bathroom and bedroom area, on the window, and on the door. I'm glad that this room have a one small window (for hanging my towel there to keep it dry hehe) Lastly, around the hotel you can easily find minimarket (although you can order some drinks and snacks from the hotel). The hotel area is accessible for food delivery and online drivers as well. Overall my experience staying 2 nights in this hotel was really good. With a reasonable price, I got the best facilities and it's beyond worth it. The bathroom was okay, but maybe it's the sound of the toilet that was super loud after I flushed them. And the room isn't sounds proof.
