Clean and good located but disapointing housekeeping and front desk service. People were nice but not confident. Ask for two days at frontdesk to clean our room but it didnt happen Disappointing housekeeping and front desk service The hotel is conveniently located and the overall facilities are adequate. However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping service and de front desk response. We spent 5 days . Our room was not cleaned for the whole stay on consecutive days, even though we specifically requested receptionists on both days. Unfortunately, our requests were simply not fulfilled. This is particularly disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express and does not meet the level of service we expected from an IHG hotel. Housekeeping is a basic hotel service, especially when it has been specifically requested by the guest. The lack of response to our repeated requests significantly affected our overall experience.

It was close to my former home and was allowing myself to clean and put my personal things in place for my move. Thank you! It was a great hotel I prefer Holiday Inn they’re put together very well!

Staff was very nice

Lobby was clean and front desk staff were nice. That concludes the positive aspects of our stay. A creaky, hot, and dirty elevator seemed like it was about to give out as it took us upstairs. The hallway of our floor had a strange odor that followed us into our dirty room. Carpet stains, dirty sofa, bug on my pillow, all made for a disappointing stay. Didn’t leave me with much of an appetite for the complimentary breakfast.

Great location, comfy bed, clean room, good breakfast, helpful and responsive staff No WiFi, but it really wasn’t the fault of the hotel - there had been a power outage during a storm earlier.

The breakfast was good. Nice selection of items to choose from. Satisfying. Loved the shower in the room. Beds were comfortable. Never slept better. It was an overall great stay. We usually stop over night at least once a year because we travel from Connecticut to Illinois to visit our son and his family. Also stay there on our return trip home. It's a nice and convienant location. Would recommend it to anyone travel that distance or otherwise. I'm more than glad that there is a room waiting for us each time. Couldn't complain about anything. Thank you.

It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???

The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices.

The customer support was very helpful.

Gentleman working at the desk was very friendly and helpful!!

The breakfast was fantastic! I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the lady who was working the breakfast station but she is so nice!!!! A great ambassador for your brand. Couldn’t have been nicer.
