To make matters worse, I sent multiple messages regarding my issues, but they completely ignored me and never bothered to reply. Even now, I am still unable to reach anyone or get any response from them. Their total lack of responsibility and terrible communication left me completely stranded and victimized. Although I had a 3-day reservation, I decided it was impossible to stay under these conditions, so I left and moved to another hotel. This place has zero respect for its guests. I highly recommend avoiding this property unless you want your trip ruined by terrible management.

This was a charming hotel in the center of the beautiful old part of town. The details in this historic building were beautiful and added to our enjoyment. Our room met our needs very well. The staff was very helpful and made our stay even better. Due to the age of the building there was no elevator. We still managed just fine.

The location is in the heart of Old Strasbourg. It's nestled in a 16th-century convent that is still owned by the church. I liked the extra pillows, fan, and black out curtains. The classic feel of the hallways was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared shower was very modern and squeaky clean. The stair carpet needs to be refreshed, and some of the furnishings in the public areas could be reupholstered.

    Location

Very close to many attractions. Provided a fan. Facilities were very clean. Had a code to enter the building so was very secure. The facilities were spread apart. The shower head wouldn’t stay on and there wasn’t a sink in the bathroom so you had to wash your hands in your room.

Right in the quiet corner of old town, walking distance to the sites.

Great linens, fairly large clean room, very central location, extremely easy check-in and check-out process. Overall, this hotel fulfilled all of its promises in its advertisements--no real complaints here. The shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't long or wide enough, which was a little frustrating and led to some water escaping the shower stall. Not a big deal, though, just one area to be improved upon.

    Location. Location. Location.

Room. Bed was not comfortable, and there were no sockets beside the bed to charge the phone. There was no shower gel in the bathroom

I loved the hotel. It was super quiet and well located. My room was with a shared bathroom but the room had a large sink that was very useful. The bathroom was always clean although that often depends on how piggy the guests are. Service efficient and friendly. (does close for lunch at 2 so be aware of that if you arrive then. A code is sent for the front door if that happens.) Whatever minor less than perfect things pop up are more than made up for by the affordable price.

Location was great Not as clean as other guests reviewed, maybe bad lucky. Pillows were smelly. Pillow covers and bedsheets were pretty clean but the pillows were so dirty underneath that the bad smell went across it. Extra pillow on the wardrobe was untouchable, dirty and full of hair. We also found hair in the wall and corners on the shower. The rest was ok, clearly a simple accommodation for reasonable price, but this kind of things needs to be addressed urgently. A hotel pillow can’t be used for more than a year and with has stains or odors it must be changed immediately regardless if it’s a 1 or 5 star hotel.

Very central. The room was large with kettle and hairdryer. Very friendly staff.

Stayed for 3 solo nights in March. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, a huge thanks to them! The place was clean for the most part, and its location in the centre of Strasbourg is ideal. You'll want to check whether the toilet and bathroom for your room are shared or private, especially given that there is only one shared shower for the whole hotel. The premises and some of the furniture are quite old, and the soundproofing is not great at all (although the hotel was mostly quiet). I found cat hair on one of my blankets, which was problematic as I am allergic, so I had to sleep without it. The windows in the first room I stayed in (n°20) were very high, I had to climb onto the bed to open and close them, which made the room feel darker and claustrophobic. Overall, I found the place a bit expensive for the value and level of comfort offered.

There was no elevator and you could hear everything form other rooms and the hallway

The window was very high and small and the room very dark, for the rest all good
