Hotel ibis Strasbourg Centre Halles

Ideally located in the center of town. Easy walking to wherever you wanted to go. Basic room but clean and air conditioned. Just what we needed for a quick one day stopover.

Only location. The rooms lacked refrigerators and kettles. The elevator from the parking lot to the hotel was out of order, which caused us considerable difficulty. It's very strange that they haven't considered repairing it. The variety and quality of the items at breakfast were extremely low.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor had a smell of urine.

Rooms are incredibly small. Bed's not very comfy. No fridge. Alright for one night's stay but not comfortable. Parking wasn't included or rebated. Expected more of an Ibis Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Location is excellent with tram across the road. Breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs tasted like a mix. Bad. Coffee machine was unreliable. Only 2 juices, nothing fresh. The room needed more staff as we had to bus our own dishes. No heat and that did not matter much when it got warmer outside. Poor access to the main check in point; lots of stairs. Do not like cold bedroom floors. No tissue boxes. Overall impression: they were trying to save money,

The hotel is located at the center of the city, at walking distance from the train station, so it is very convenient when you come by train. It is comfortable, and located in a nice shopping area. The breakfast was very good, recommended as it is very complete, and the dining area is comfortable. The free internet is so slow that it almost forces you to pay for internet. That is really not good, especially if you travel for work. Consider that as a disadvantage even compared to other hotels where fast internet is provided.

Duvet was too hot. Need a light sheet.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is really great, confortable and close to transports and to the main train station which is quite helpful. Great in all aspects.. and the room was super nice, confortable and really nice decorated!

Comfortable stay, good breakfast, kind staff and centrally located. Room was smaller than I thought, but that was a minor suboptimality for a short stay.

The location is great, and the bar and restaurant inside the hotel is awesome and so convenient, the food is excellent, delicious and the drinks are amazing! The staff is really friendly and breakfast is always great! Loved everything

My wife and I liked the view from our room and the friendly staff. The food was good. The hotel did not provide wash clothes nor hand towels.

Very convenient. Walkable to Christmas markets and major tourist attractions. It’s just by bus stops, tram lines and neighbours to mall and shopping centre. It’s 11 minutes walk from the train station too. None

The location was good. Easy walk into town and Christmas markets. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It took them two of our three days to believe the shower was not working. They insisted we were not turning it on properly. No pressure (barely dripping) when hot water was on. Good when cold water was on. Finally sent someone up while we were there. It got fixed that day so we could shower before we left the next morning.
