The room was still dirty and didn't look like it's been cleaned the hot water don't work and you have to pay for dishes and dishes. You have to take out your own trash no pool or no breakfast and the staff were very rude and disrespectful and they put me and my children out of the room late at night at 11 clock and this stay was the worst experience I ever had

Was given a room with someone already in it no amenities. No extra linens

Overall it was good. Staff was a little hit or miss and we had to get a remote for the tv and the dish set that we paid for. Other than that no issues and what I mentioned about was quickly resolved

The staff was very friendly. I enjoy the simplicity of the rooms and not having carpet was wonderful. I also love that guests aren’t allowed to leave trash in the hallway. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there 1 day we were greeted by Ceddeick who was nice and check us in with no problem. Room was clean and restroom was too. No issues.

The location The room is outdated, the kitchen was dirty ( counter, dishes, and sink) upstairs neighbors were LOUD ( 1-6 AM) the hallway carpet was FILTHY

I liked that it was clean and quiet also the location. Our room only had 2 pillows, 2 wash clothes, 2 towels and no pots or pans to use.

My Queen Suite was big and spacious. My room was clean & well kept. Check in was a breeze, my room was ready upon my arrival. The staff was helpful & very friendly. They're my diamond in the ruff. Whenever I'm in town this is my home away from home They exceeded my expectations as they are also an extended stay property. They don't have an ice machine. And they don't provide kleenex/facial tissue in your room.
