Enjoyed my stay

So great
-
Great room, checking in was difficult as there wasn’t an attendant.

Having 2 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, and air conditioning were great. Beyond that the stay left a lot to be desired. When we were being told about the resort amenities at check-in, free bottled water was mentioned, but the cooler was never restocked the entire time we were there. The next morning we discovered there is no coffee maker in the room, just the coffee that’s put out in the lobby. This property was advertised with a light breakfast, but there was never food available during our stay, which was something we had planned on. In terms of the room, the primary bedroom comforter had several yellows stains and a dead bug on it when we arrived. We also saw a few ants on the floor and wall during our stay. The first night we discovered one of the showers was clogged with a large amount of shaved hair resulting in standing water. Maintenance did arrive within half an hour at 9 o’clock at night, but we could only wonder how that shower had been properly cleaned without discovering the problem. The evening reception host was very nice and helpful but the morning reception host was quite rude and then completely absent when we went to check out. Fortunately, they have a kiosk so you can check yourself out. The air conditioners in the windows worked, but they were quite loud and all blinking that their filters needed to be replaced. While the marketing photos look cool, the renovation was really lipstick on a pig of an old motel.

We liked having the full kitchen. The private patio was nice tho we didn’t really use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can’t think of anything.
-
Room was very clean and appropriatly furnished. Staff was friendly. Kitchen was fully appointed. Hot tub was down a couple days.
-
Convenient location. Can walk to food places and Walmart and 2 different grocery stores. Stained sheets. No body wash. No hand soap for the bathrooms. Ants in the rooms.

We loved The Fold! We loved that there

The hotel was great because it was not fancy and impersonal but had such lovely decor and personal touches. The lobby is incredible and begs you to stay a while. Room was perfect. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Friends staying at another hotel were able to join me for dinner. The shower was great and the bed/pillows were extremity comfortable. My dog loved being able to watch the birds in the back from the bedroom windows. Would come back again, with my family for longer. Loved it!

smoke, and generally a gross experience. I would not recommend nor do I understand how anyone would rate this more than a 1 or 2 on a 10 point scale. So gross.

Loved our stay, two bedroom apartment times were great fit our family. Game room and mini golf were a great accessory!

Location and AC Everything!! There were not enough towels for all of us and didn't even have hand towels or wash clothes TV didn't work No soap in either bathroom 8 ball missing from the pool table The shower didn't drain No extra paper towels or trash bags and it felt like no one had been there in months! Just awful!
-
It is a converted apartment hotel with air conditioning and a kitchen. Great location for the price.
-
No more continental breakfast. Lodging is clean and large room.
-
There was no breakfast and we were never able to get a coffee pot for our room. Doors in Bathroom that didnt close,no coffee pot in kitchen, tons of bugs in bathroom, no lamps in bedroom or living room, staff speaks very little English or didn't understand requests.
-
It was a small apartment well appointed and very nicely furnished! I appreciated how close it was to everything and love how they refurbished the place. The game room is cool. And it was just a relaxing place to stay.

Centrally located. Renovations still fairly new. Two bedroom suites available. There were several things that didn’t work in the room. We told staff the day of check in and then again at check out, as well as writing it up in the survey for them. Also, no grab and go breakfast was provided. When asked, they said it was because of summer and that there were not a lot of people staying there. I have stayed there the last two summers (July/August) and food was always provided. This should not be advertised if they are not providing it. We asked to be compensated for our room and lack of breakfast. Unfortunately, we booked it through a third party (Booking.com) so we’ll not be seeing that.

Awesome place! It has been beautifully renovated full size kitchen plenty of space for everybody we had and plenty of bathroom space. The only thing is there’s no breakfast provided if that is something that people want, but it wasn’t something we preferred. They’re very dog friendly all the people that worked there were so friendly and we never have any issues.
