Dirty and overpriced. Staff was useless. Housekeeping banging on your door before 1000am.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was decent. I was charged to park my vehicle overnight, when I booked the room I was unaware that I would have to pay additional to park my vehicle.

Really run down for a La Quinta. They should take their name off of the place.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was amazing!!

Very well kept property. Everything looks freshly painted , rooms and hallways. Nice area for breakfast. Parking is $12 for your car, but may that is what all the properties in steamboat do in a tourist area? Front desk was very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Not too far from downtown Steamboat, but there is also free bus service around the area so you can avoid parking in town.

I was appalled! This hotel is away from the city with nothing around and they charge you $12 per night to park in their parking lot that needs resurfaced. This is a separate charge from booking. I did not see this requirement when I booked because it was shown in small printing on a separate page which in nothing more than their full intentions to deceive their customer with add-ons after booking. I couldn’t find another hotel in Steamboat Springs that had a parking charge. The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were only thing left at 8:00 a.m. They were out of bacon and toast. We had to go find a worker to get us more plates and napkins. I would not recommend this LaQuinta to anyone.

The package cinnamon roll was OK There was no bread for toast, no hot water or hot chocolate, tea, or oatmeal. The eggs were cold and watery. No fruit. Grounds in the coffee.

Steamboat Unexpected charges for parking Tv didnt work Staff was unnattentive

The room was fine, but there are no elevators in the property which isn’t made clear in the hotel description. Having to drag 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs after a long day of driving wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the room smelled of cooking fat. This was made worse when the air con was switched on, and became unbearable after a few minutes. The front desk provided us with a fan, which was helpful but it wasn’t a great experience.

Stay anywhere but this place. They charge $12 a day for parking in a beat up parking lot. Whole property is run down.

Location You have to go to the holiday inn next door to use pool and hot tub facilities

Piero at the front desk was amazing. We arrived around midnight with lots of questions and he took good care of us.

Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!

Bathroom sink was clogged with a ton of hair. Did not like that you had to pay $12 per night for parking for no apparent reason. Waffles were likely supposed to be frozen but tasted thawed and refrigerated instead.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog. There were just a couple of things that would have made our stay even better. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:00 a.m., and since we had to leave at 6:30 a.m., we weren’t able to enjoy it. It also would have been nice if coffee had been available in the lobby earlier. I didn’t have time to make coffee in the room (and generally prefer lobby coffee), so I was disappointed to find that it hadn’t been prepared yet. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Advertising about parking was not obvious. Breakfast was extremely poor--horribly stocked, the warming pans weren't on, the staff was not very quick and hard to find to get help to get anything out.

Parking was easy but they charged for parking which was unmentioned when I booked, this hotel not close to downtown and parking is not scarce there.
