Quality Inn and Suites

This was my second time and the service was great as last time.

Cable Tv only provided 4 or 5 stations while room list indicated over 30 which I had to get from the desk. Also no Guide available to see what was broadcast so you had to check each channel individually and then what appeared as News channel came thru as Hallmark. Breakfast was powdered eggs and butter pkg were so cold it bent the plastic knife to get out of repacks and sausage patties and hash browns were barely warm.. The coffee however was very good. Outside grass was not quite very high and needed mowing which did not help dog walking. Barely hot water in bath sink as faucet function was limited. Tub was clean but non slip surface needed resurfacing as it appeared quit dirty though it was not.

We only stayed one night but it was good! Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. We slept comfortably and it was quiet on a weeknight. The breakfast was a bonus and saved us time in the morning...not too many options but they had the same as many other hotels such as hot eggs, sausages, potatoes and waffle machine to make your own waffles, as well as bagels, bread etc. It was very convenient for us!

Good location. Breakfast okay

was low lit and not very appealing. Hallway smelled like onions.

Was there for one night after driving for 6 hours. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wish they were full size pillows.

Clerk offered to spray room when we complained about moldy smell

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. There was a communication mix up with the night staff and morning staff. We needed to switch rooms and it was not recognized and communicated. We had to pay for an additional room for one night. It was not an expense had planned for. The hotel is older but reasonably clean and maintained. The location is good with stores and restaurants in a few miles walkable if you’re moderately healthy.

Staff was super helpful in getting me a new room.

Decent room for the price. Simple easy room if you need a place quickly. Staff was friendly. Place smells wet though. Non smoking room smells like smoking room

Amazing for an amazing price very helpful staff. And amazing breakfast. During breakfast they were out of juice that's the only issue other than that I would say there anytime.

Nothing Room reeked of cigarettes. The sheets felt like they hadn’t been washed in several weeks. The sheets smelled of cigarettes and sweat. I asked the front desk for a new room and he refused. Instead, he sprayed the room with chemicals and said the room would be ok in 5 minutes. I told him that I would like to cancel my reservation and a refund. He replied that the refund can’t be performed without the approval of the manager. I called every day for 5 days but the same person kept saying that the manager isn’t there today and to try tomorrow. I never received the refund

Clean room. Staff was good. Breakfast left a little to be desired.

Close to everything…restaurants, shopping and only 20 minutes away from Fredericksburg. Our room smelled like mold. The shower had no hot water, but the sink did. We had a roach (alive) on our daughter’s bed. Drink machine didn’t work. The breakfast was off. I’ve never had scrambled eggs cut in cubes like a steak. I thought it was pineapple. Juice machine was broken.
