2. With that I couldn’t hook my game up 3. There were roaches that my partner was allergic too 4. Sheets had a lot of stains on them so we had to bring our own sheets

There where cockroaches al over the hotel, te tub was clogged I asked them to fix it they never did, I asked to clean the room they said only on Wednesdays, I’ll never stay there

It was a good experience. Staff was great went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was very dirty, cracks in the wall, mold on the ceiling somehow, holes in the wall, the "clean" towels had hair or pubes so they were not that clean. Luckily I brought my own. When I tuned on the water it came out orange for 1 sec before the clean water came out. There were brown stains on the floor, I really hope that wasn't throw up or poop either way it was not cleaned up before our visit. And there was powder all along the walls so I guess they have a big/roach problem. I saw dead flies and gnats in the room

Woke up floor soaked in water and ceiling dripping water from condensation. They have huge air purifiers blowing out laundry detergent scent for the terrible smell. Elevators were down.

This was Checking out, the staffs were having their breakfast, they didn't even bother asking if i need anything while carrying my infant at the front desk. So i needed to approach them and ask if i needed to just drop off the key before i leave, and the old lady (heavy built) said someone's there but clearly NO one was seating at the front desk. Then finally the other old lady came and said i can just drop off the key where in fact those other staffs chit chatting and having their breakfast, could have told me that in the first place. We used their dryer for 10 cents and our clothes still came out damp. They need to do better with their cleanliness and do more maintenance on their rooms.

The breakfast was basic continental breakfast. The queen sized beds were too small.Fridge was dirty upon arrival.One of the elevators not working.

location the smell, humidity. had humidifiers in rooms that got full in a few hours, showers were peeling and not the cleanest water coming out.

As soon as I walked in I felt a breeze that I have never smelt before . Blasted with an unusual muddy smell. My blanket was so dirty. The floor was wet because of the condensation in the room. Also my bathroom door was not closing and it would not lock. Definitely won't be coming back here.

The breakfast Their were roaches in our room, it was very dirty and had blood and other stains on the walls and floors.

The a/c unit had no controls to turn it off or on a/c was on the entire time.

The staff The hotel is infested with mold and roaches. My first night there I had to kill 3 roaches, 1 in the room and 2 in the bathroom. There’s mold in the bathrooms and closets. The rooms air quality is poor and led to me having an allergy flair up due to the mold and dust.
