I got upgraded for no reason, the suite was very spacious. Finding your way around the building is not easy, it’s like a rabbit warren.

Great location and nice room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tepid and bacon beyond crispy. Very disappointed and for $60 for both of us wish we had gone to a cafe nearby. Dinner however was perfect.

Close to our event. Bed really comfy. Rooms look recently renovated, plenty of storage. Actual mugs with the kettle! Shower running from the room next door incredibly loud. You could hear all hallway noise. Weird bathroom arrangement with nowhere to put clothes or wet pack in the shower room. Usually at reception you'd expect to be told about parking and breakfast - nothing. Didn't bother staying for the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our room rate. Not one smile or greeting.

The Deluxe Room was nothing like it was on the advertisement. Unfortunately, there was not even a proper bathroom, even though it looked as though it had a separate bathroom. The bathroom consisted of a shower and a toilet - that's it. You had to brush your teeth in a basin in the room. Very unlike the add. Quite a disappointment -indeed. Definitely not worth the money. Could hear the guests in other rooms and unfortunately, not the cleanest place I have stayed at, particularly given the add shows the premises to be pristine! The fact that the Booking.Com website does not show exactly what you are getting. Not worth the total amount. I believe a part refund should be forthcoming. Very disappointed, particularly after such a long drive. The only thing going for it was that we were able to have a lovely early dinner - served by a lovely young man.
