The tradition of golf. Simply overpriced. The staff disappointed me. Not friendly and I had to carry my own luggage.

The Spa was excellent - probably the best we have experienced on an hotel break. It was exceptionally clean , high standards and very helpful staff. The dinning experiences were also all very pleasurable with high standards being met and exceptionally staff. The little personal touches - example: complementary glass of champagne, were very much appreciated and made our stay extra special. There were a couple of things in room that needed fixed - a very noisy bathroom door and the curtain rail was damaged. Apart from this, the room was of high decorative order and very comfortable.
