Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North

Location was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and everything was fresh. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the shower worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel, from checking in, out, included breakfast and staff went above and beyond. We were treated like royalty. Breakfast options were amazing, with food being kept warm, or cold depending on the item. People who made sure it was well stocked and available were very helpful and even took our dirty dishes away for us. We noticed that pool windows were being cleaned and all the employees had a smile on the face and greeted not only each other, but the people who stayed at the hotel. You need to give all the employees at this hotel, raises and compliments because this made us feel that we made the best choice by staying here.

The staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean. It was close to a lot of places to eat. About 10mins from downtown.

However, during a recent one-night return visit to Springfield I booked af Ramada and was VERY pleasantly surprised. The desk agent was very professional and friendly, and the inside of the property, including the room was updated, clean and provided a great stay.

Outdated rooms, fixtures, furniture. Came across flys in lobby and room bathroom. Room had a space dehumidifier which just added to the outdated feeling of the hotel. Had to empty the dehumidifier once during our one night stay. Would not plan to stay if ever back in the area. Was a good option due to other hotels being sold out and a quick one day trip.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast and convenient location to I-55

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was large, very comfortable, and clean. I would recommend this motel in a heart beat. It was well worth the little bit of extra cost.

Staff was very friendly and helpful—I have nothing but good things to say about that. Pool and patio areas are nice, and reasonably good choices for breakfast. Room and furnishings are showing wear. TV service is very limited for what is available today—just basic cable withno capacity to stream or to cast something from your phone, only 2 channels with kids programming and one of them didn’t work

It was clean, tidy, decently comfortable, staff responded very fast about the timer issue in jacuzzi. It was also laid out very nice with the jacuzzi (which easily fits 2 people) in an open layout with the king size mattress beside of it. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and the water got very hot. Located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Easy for dashers to bring out of town customers food. The furniture is a little dated. The hot tub timer did mess up on us, but the staff was very eager to help once notified. The mattress and pillows are not what I would call super comfortable, but it wasn't uncomfortable either. I would rate them a 6.75/10 on overall comfort.

Nice quiet setting

This hotel was very nice and the price option was a WIN! Adam was very friendly and helpful when I called to ask about a late checkin. The breakfast was a great way to start the day for our travels!
