SPLIT CITY ROOMS

The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced. The rooms are extremely clean and the location was prime. Nothing all was great

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, the location is very central only few minutes away from the center.The room was very clean as well the moder bathroom ,spacious and cosy....highly recommend.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to many nearby attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

We had a great stay! The location is great and extremely central without feeling completely overrun with tourists. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. It was cool especially with the AC running, and I appreciated that they stored our bags for us after checking out. Overall it was a great value. There was no trash can in the main bedroom and only a tiny one in the bathroom which was a minor inconvenience. We also did have an interior room with no external windows, but they were transparent about this from the beginning, and for me personally, it was no problem.

There was no clear signage to get to the reception. When we arrived, the lights were off except for the light near the desk.

This hotel is literally steps away from almost everything we wanted to do in Split, and only a few minutes walk to the water. The room was incredibly clean, and felt safe and comfortable. The staff generously allowed us to check in early and store our bags for a few hours after check out, which made our visit to Split so much nicer since we didn’t have to lug our bags around. I would absolutely stay here again. I have nothing negative to say!

Parking was a little confusing, but a very nice gentleman from the area actually assisted us with parking.

The hotel appears to be quite new, with rooms that are modern, spacious, and clean, a standard matched by the bathroom. The location is excellent: only a three-minute walk to the famous Split Old Town and about six minutes to the coast/Split sign. The staff were helpful and communicated well in English. Added conveniences like an elevator and a small, adjacent supermarket made the stay effortless.

The location is close to the city center. The staff were very kind, and the place was clean and located in a quiet area.

Bed was broken. Couldn't sleep. AC not working as expected

The rooms have NO windows, it's all underground, claustrophobic experience. No way to get fresh air. Noisy A/C.

Central location close to the main sights. The bathroom was nice and had a rain shower. The room was spacious. It is advertised as soundproof, which is not the case. We could hear everything that went on in the hallway and got woken up several times by either other guests coming home from the bars, the bell in the reception, or people checking out early. The bed is also very very squeaky.

No coffee or tea but lots of restaurants near. We accidentally booked 2 rooms and had to pay for them both. I think they could have understood the mistake I made and not charge for the unused room. Booked through booking.com and no help from them
