Good location for the port and old town. We really appreciated the early access to our room and the ability to check out 30 minutes late. Pre arrival communication was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. At 10:30 PM maintenance woke us up to repair the WiFi which we never called about. Also the doorbell rings throughout the entire hotel and it woke us multiple times during the night. The description stated credit cards accepted but they do not. Be prepared to carry bags up stairs. There is no identification outside the hotel. We are fortunate our driver showed us the entrance. There is no reception desk so be sure to bring contact numbers with you.

It is very beautiful, well decorated and in an excellent zone near the old town and the beach. Very comfortable and Ana is a kind anfitrion. We enjoy Split and the islands. We recomend it!

didn't like the fact of having to do a bank transfer to pay
-
Great location and comfortable room . The host , Ana , was excellent

Worked out to be a good location because dinner was close Not easy to find but we appreciated the video showing us where the door is and being met at the door.

The historic quality and location of the property. Nothing
-
The place was very close to the beach and it was extremely clean in the room. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I could hear all the other people near me because the rooms weren’t that sound proof

We had 3 of the 4 rooms. Each room was quite spacious and well appointed -- very comfortable! Location was perfect -- near public parking and easy walking distance to old town Split. Nice cooked to order breakfast at local restaurant came with rooms. Nothing

This hotel is close to old town. I actually wanted to be in old town. Great place though.
-
Location and the room had ac I had a tough time with the heavy door - I figured it out.
-
Location was great Shower door was broken and the water spilled everywhere. Also if you leave the room the heater stops working because the key card is connected to the electricity. So prepare to freeze. Bed makes noises and uncomfortable. The entrance was also super sketchy. Would have been happier if this stay was a lot cheaper.

Clean, pretty and comfortable. Not suitable for winter, it was cold. Also it is subdivided flat, not a hotel.

Receivef an upgrade to sister hotel Galeria Valeria. All is new and very good. Nothing

There was a miscommunication upon arrival and no one was there to greet me and it was a holiday at the end of the season. However, once I called the hotel, they began to rectify the situation. They brought me to their sister property and upgraded my room due to the error. They gave me the flexibility of a late checkout and helped me take my bags to the bus stand the next day. A sign of a great hotel and management is fixing mistakes and going above and beyond and they certainly did this. Would highly recommend!

Short walk from the station and Ana waited late to let me in as my train was delayed. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. The water was off all morning on the day I was leaving so didn’t get to shower.

Handy location. Don't let the name Boutique Hotel fool you, this is about as far away from Boutique as you can get. The bathroom had no window or ventilation system. Our room wasn't cleaned during our 5 day stay. For some strange reason the bed had two mismatched mattresses which made the bed very high. The top sheet was too small for the bed. No extra pillows. The heatpump/air-conditioning was the same temperature even though we lowered it to 16c. The hallway was always cluttered with either dirty laundry or bottles of stuff.

The host was very accommodating to my needs.

Great location. Host was wonderful !!

It is absolutely not as advertised. Its not a hotel, its just a shared room apartment. The entrance is horrid and not clean. The room was very clean, but too noisy from street as well as inside apartment. It was too small for 3 persons and had not enough facilities, no chairs and table to sit, no trash bin. very tiny refrigerator. Beds were also not comfortable. Parking is also just public parking on street, and you may get one only by chance.

Location was good & the lady we saw at check in was pleasant everything else - is not boutique!! Bed & bedding not great, entrance way horrid, everyone buzzing the bell all hours of day & night as not clear how to enter, is basically a room in a shared apartment!!! Also not cancelable & on arriving CASH only payment upfront
