Days Inn by Wyndham Spartanburg Waccamaw

This hotel was disgusting to say the least. The room was nasty. The air conditioning unit was falling apart held together with duct tape. The hair dryer was melted. The bath tub had hair in it. Mold on the walls. Several bugs. The bedding was stained. The breakfast bar is a joke. Basically cereal and toast and the milk was so watered down it was more water than milk. There's not enough space for me to continue. Gross!

Basic room, one of the cheapest in the area. It was clean, well-maintained. Looks like it had gone through a remodel. They have breakfast, but Waffle House was walking distance.

Would not recommend this hotel. Very difficult to reserve a room

Despite my reservations upon arriving, I’m so glad I stayed! The front desk staff were so friendly! When I checked in, I requested a quiet spot with no connecting room, and I was put into the room next to the front desk area - it was super quiet and I had no neighbors at all. Breakfast is waffles, yogurts, cereal, and toast stuff. Simple but good. SUPER COMFY BED - I couldn’t believe it. Also a great massage shower and ice cold AC. Would stay again!

Limited selections for the breakfast. Saw extremely limited selections for gluten free individuals.

Clean room, easy parking, beautiful well maintained property with a great breakfast in the morning with waffles, coffee and lots of other options. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Very minimal options for breakfast. Our room had mold in the bathroom that was painted over. And in the room area as well.

We had to go to Walmart and buy mop to wash floors. Went to sleep and felt something crawling on us turn light ls on spoted cocroches on wall behind bed. We got up and left. Booked another place at 2am. This was not fun moving from place to place 6 people.

Beds could have been a little more comfy, but overall great experience.

The air worked great, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very rude, the pool wasnt very clean, and I am still waiting for the room deposit back.

Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs and maintenance was notified with no indication of what to do or offer to switch rooms. Just made me feel guilty for merely bathing. Clientele were iffy. Mission of sleep accomplished but I would not return.

It was ok for a night on the road. Not real clean. Not real comfortable beds. Just old and had a funny smell.

Cant be sure but felt like bed bugs
