The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't tend to meet many as kind. So :-) that was great. The view was of a roof too.... But it gave great privacy as well so some of a win with sunlight.

The hotel is modern and well-designed, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast was not served as a buffet and was relatively light and simple.

Everything wa fabulous at the Como Melbourne. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and great breakfast options ala carte (not buffet). Location is of course amazing and central to shopping , restaurants and trams. We will definitely be back. Nothing

Location, spacious rooms, quiet Looking very tired, lots of visible wear and tear on rooms. Body wash empty in my shower, hair dryer not supplied with a nozzle to fit.

The staff were lovely The facilities are old and in need of refurbishment, the shower and bathtub were dirty. No heating to my room they sent me a heater and a blanket. I would not stay there again. I would not recommend.
