Great place to stay! Extremely clean. The free snacks were such a nice touch. A privacy/sheer curtain would be great.

Bed was very noisy, bed would squeak getting on and off. Also very noisy traffic with people talking loud late at night.

The metal bed frame was awkward, but didnt effect our stay.

How updated the room was. Very clean

The manager was very helpful at check in. I was there on a diving trip so I had a lot of equipment. He was super helpful with providing a ground level room and suggested a ver convenient place to park. Excellent value for the room as well. Nothing.

Updated decor All the ice makers were unplugged and no freezer in the refrigerators in the room. No luggage racks in the room.

The bathroom was not well equipped, and the heating system was very noisy throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Great location. Walking distance to Heavenly Village, shopping and restaurants. Looked to be recently remodeled, cute boutique style. Plenty of room and very clean. Bed metal underpinning made a lot of noise. Also the Ac/Heat walk unit made a lot of noise when running. Ice maker was not working, said waiting for parts.

Great value. Good amenities overall. 5/5 for the price, location, and value. Nice front desk and good snacks for the guests. Not sure if it’s just me, so offering this as an improvement opportunity, but the ac unit is very loud and made it difficult for me to sleep. I had to turn the own thing off at 3am. But invite even hear the next unit’s AC. Will still choose this hotel next time for the value, but please upgrade the AC next time the opportunity comes.
