Close to heavenly village. Bathroom was very dirty. Did not have even bath mats
-
The room had one towel for us, no trash can, the provided coffee maker had no place to plug in and we had to park a way from our room. The window installed Air Conditioner was 6 1/2-7 feet above the floor and we needed a chair to turn it on and select the options. And the Ref was not working until the next morning for some reason.

Everything just ok, floor not cleaning
-
Close to downtown casinos No room service, no daily cleaning and no replenishment of towels. Lastly the towels did not match. Older hotel and in need of a remodel.

We left for the night to enjoy some nightlife in Nevada, and when we came back, my partner noticed blood on the toilet seat, even though none of us had used the bathroom. Since we needed to use the restroom, she had to wipe the seat down herself. Before showering, I noticed hair all over the shower walls. There was so much hair that it was hard to believe the shower had been cleaned at all. On top of that, we found dirty towels and blood stains on the bed’s headboard. I took pictures of everything and brought them to the front desk. I requested that the room be thoroughly cleaned the following morning because, honestly, I felt completely disgusted having to sleep there. Thankfully, the front desk was accommodating and agreed to have it cleaned. Just be prepared to potentially walk into a nasty, poorly cleaned room—and this place is definitely not cheap enough to justify it. I expected a clean room for what we paid, and unfortunately, that was not what we received.

The place is superrr out dated. For the money we pay to stay a night it should be better. The bathroom is superrrr out dated. The room had carpet and it looked sooo old. So much dust is trapped in there i am sure. The only good thing about this hotel is that is walking distance to the beach and to the downtown areas. I will not be staying here ever again. The rooms need a majorrrr update. Parking is free on site

Location Old and some missing necessities items that we regularly find in other motel or hotel, like no iron and iron board, just one trash bin hole on a wall, very tight shower place.

The location and that they give you a coupon for the lake since it cost so much. Which in is insane that they charge for beach access especially when it used to be free. This place was absolutely terrible I don’t even know how they’re in business. The beds were so old and broken down they dipped to the floor. The room was dirty dark barely any lighting. I asked for a room on the first floor, which I got but was in the corner by the stairwell. My window literally looked at the creepy stairwell. It’s only saving grace is the location.

A/c was a cheap window unit put into a wall it ran all night but didnt cool. beds were worn out with a big pit in the middle from age.very outdated motel. I definitely would not stay there again

It doesn’t look what I expected.

Place needs to be renovated. Very old and needs to be updated. Dirty room, missing baseboards and door casing. Holes in the wall. Fridge on the floor with a microwave on top of it.

Our room smelled entirely of raid because they sprayed around the area. There were leftover food items in the drawers. They provided towels that look like they were extremely old and they weren’t even hotel towels like they were just pool towels, but super old. The bathroom door literally fell off the hinges and we couldn’t even move our bathroom door and we did inform the front office, but they didn’t make it a priority to fix it. It was not worth the money and I would definitely not stay here again nor recommend it. The front office was also very rude and not helpful. We were told we were getting a microwave and we didn’t have one. And that’s something we needed. There wasn’t much lighting in the room, and there was a random strip of lights that didn’t make sense why I was there. And the refrigerator was extremely old and gross. I’m truly not one to complain, but this has definitely been one of my worst experiences and if I could get a full refund, I would definitely request it.

Nice stay just wish shower pressure was a little stronger.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. BLOOD ON SHEETS, MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, NO TOWELS, URIN ON THE WALL. THIS FACILITY GARBAGE.
-
I would rather sleep by the sidewalk to be honest it would be cleaner

Place is a bit older, but the location is close to everything. Casinos, restaurants, shopping and the Lake. Everything is walking distance which is great. Plenty of parking. Pool and hot tub is at Alpine hotel right next door. If you plan on going to the Lake, make sure you get your passes at the office so you don't pay $30 a person to get past the gate at the Lake.

Convenient location Could use a better blanket

Loved the location The place was rundown for what they charged. Basically paying for location. But if they put some money into it, like paint and update it, they could charge more during slow season and people would want to come back since the location is so good.
