the survey said I requested a quiet room? interesting. I was across from an ice machine, the guest laundry, which rattled and rattled, and a parking dog. I also had someone trying to getinto my room that either had the wrong room number, or was given my room by accident. fine enough but not worth $200

Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I needed something. The bed was comfotable. The towels are very small and way too old. The bedding has stain on it and the pillows smelled like sweat.

The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, and the bedsheets had not been changed, I found hairs in my bed. Staff did change after request. During my stay, the room was not vacuumed, and basic toiletries such as shower gel wasn’t provided. Overall, the housekeeping and room cleanliness were well below what I would expect from a hotel. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The bathroom was outdated. The doors were heavy and slammed shut. There were so many kids screaming in the hallways. Just not a great experience.

There was no body wash available, and the entrance had a strong smell of smoke, despite the sign indicating a 100% smoke-free zone.

The pool and patio are nice. The card keys didn't work REPEATEDLY, requiring multiple trips down to the front desk...unhelpful and surly attitude, unapologetic about cards. Also the light in the bathroom didn't work the whole time we were there. Front desk made it clear they knew this was a problem with this room, and the one above and below it.
