Beautiful location and views Very expensive for what you get. Clean and comfortable 5 star hotel. But, the management is well below 5 stars. On the weekend I had a DJ playing lowed, low quality electronic music right under my room balkony until 11 pm. During a day there was very annoying “yoga relaxation“ music very audible in my room coming from the pool complex under my room,too. Complaints were met with blank stares from the staff and I was told that the manager is unavailable for contact. Period. I left a day early just to rest in silence. No refund was allowed.

Location is great - arount 11 minutes to Karpacz by car. Building is new. You can use all facilities (billiard and gym are free, SPA - 100 zl per person) of the main hotel - Seidorf. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. I've asked reception for one additional bed sheet for a kid and they wanted 120 zl... Terrible. You feel kile you should pay extra for each step. No chairs in the rooms. You can only sit in your ski gear on a blanket on the unfolded bed.

Price included Parking, billiard room, very nice swimming pools with all kind of Spa. Hotel is nice equipped with restaurant. Main gate with stairs, no luggage porter in the hotel gate, bed size could be bigger. Not king size bed. In time of holiday overpriced 1568 zloty per night!

Staff was amazing. Spa and wellness centre amaizing and restaurant - just outstanding No usb in rooms, tv had no channels and no instruction how to use coffee machine in room. Iron wasn’t working properly and for that price mini bar should be included

Close location to Sněžka. Restaurant is awesome and service excellent. Nowhere to go in the evening. Nothing for kids except pool. For the price room not equipped enough. Shower head jets not clean blocked by water stone and very dirty.

The breakfast was very good. The selection of items is amazing and high quality. Breakfast service was also good and items refilled without me even noticing anyone was there. Sorry, there is nothing that negative that I can think of.

One of the best hotels we have ever seen. Clean, well equipped and cosy rooms, excellent restaurant, absolutely stunning wellness with indoor & outdoor pools and beautiful location with wonderful mountain views. The hotel itself is located in a quiet place surrounded by forests, but it's also a part of a larger complex with apartments, a very nice children playground and other sport atractions. Last but not least, the hotel staff is very kind, caring and professional. Overall, everything was really perfect. Subjectively, the only small deficit was a black wash-basin in the bathroom, in which every drop or residue of toothpaste can be seen after the first use.

Nice calm place with lovely wellness and restaurant Hotel pool area and wellness is starting to be a bit overcrowded, mainly due to access from other accommodation facilities around. So you are a loosing that "alone" relaxing feeling. Cleaning of the "all black" bathroom would need a more attention to the detail (see the photo) Room - the semi automatic curtain was not working properly

Absolutely gorgeous Hotel in a beautiful location with the most fantastic spa facilities. Really lovely staff, sumptuous room and public areas. Excellent food in the restaurant. Alcohol prices were expensive particularly for Poland. Think London prices/ USA ski resort prices. But it didn’t spoil our time there. Just a heads up so you’re aware!

This was a true 5 star luxurious hotel with all the amenities one would expect. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean, a perfect size and not too crowded. There were 2 hot tubs outside. The sauna, steam room, infrared room and salt cave were amazing and not crowded. The view was breathtaking. Room and bathroom very clean. Nice huge balcony. Dinner menu was quite expensive. Only one key card was given for the 2 of us. We could have asked for another I'm sure so this isn't a real complaint. The duvet was very heavy and hot, even when we lowered the room temperature we were still too hot with it and too cold without. Something in between or a top sheet would have been helpful.

Beautiful accommodation near Karpacz in almost secluded location with perfect kitchen and rooms. The room with bath had an outdoor terrace under the roof with comfortable sofas. The service in the restaurant was almost Michelin star level - we had a tasting menu with wine pairing and the staff, sommelier and chef at the table exceeded our expectations. Breakfast buffet offered variety od nicely presented dishes including sparkilng wines. We also booked the spa services which were also perfect. The staff at the front desk were friendly and arranged for us the rent of e-bikes. Compare to other visited hotels in Poland - here the staff speaks fluently English (some Czech) This was not definitely the last time in this property - we will be back! The time in this amazing hotel goes so fast...
