At almost $500 night you get a balcony facing at busy street. The property itself is nice. But do not let them put you in the broadway building!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at The Lodge. Enjoyed biking into town in the morning- there’s a bike trail allowing you to see more of Sonoma. Had spa treatments allowing us to relax in a more secluded area with its own pools, hot tubs, and sauna. Poolside service for lunch and drinks was an unexpected perk! And I cannot say enough great things about our dinner at Wit & Wisdom! Some of the absolute BEST food I had on our trip! Brekelle at the art gallery was so knowledgeable and passionate. Certainly worth taking a look at her curated pieces. The hotel is beautiful and is perfectly aimed at ensuring an overall 5 star experience.

Wonderful hotel and very helpful staff. Very pretty property.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. The food at Benecia's kitchen was delicious, fresh, and well priced. I didn't get to try the main restaurant Wit and Wisdom, but it was absolutely beautiful. A perfect special occasion spot. Pool was also beautiful with shade cabanas and comfy loungers. Due to the crowd's can be hard to keep clean. But the next morning they were stripping down the loungers for a deep clean, so they are doing their part. Rooms were spacious and clean. It's a mile or so from the square, so walk or take their shuttle in.

There was a lamp missing a lightbulb, the pool is nice and the restaurant food is much better than expected.

Not impressed

One thing to know about this hotel is that it is a family with children hotel (which is a wonderful thing) however if you have booked a room in The Lodge near or above the swimming pool, the loud music will have you running for cover. I highly recommend booking a Cottage on the property. You are more likely to have a private area to read or to just relax. Other than this grumble, I will definitely return next year.

Beautiful resort. Food was good at breakfast and dinner. Great location. Pool was nice.

The property was lovely but our room was not as clean as I would have expected.

We came for a 50th birthday party-two rooms with balconies over looking the pool. From the gentlemen outside when we arrived to EVERYONE who worked there (front desk, house staff, restaurant, pool bar and staff) it was PHENOMENAL!! Gorgeous property with the best pool and hot tub. Pool area is flawless and staff is very attentive. Shuttle to the plaza is amazing. Already planned a trip back from St. Louis.

Absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to come back.
-
The property was exceptional, and everything was conveniently accessible. It was very entertaining with hidden entertainment that was sentimental to the property; make a wish in a bottle, yoga onsite, spa, games, food etc. The spa was a ways from the rooms; not necessarily a bad thing but I did walk a decent way. The water wasn’t tasty at least not in certain areas.
-
The property has potential to be great. For a four star resort - some items were lacking. The staff seemed a bit out of it - valet wouldn’t help with our bags, missing items when we ordered, not listening. Over all cleanliness level as well needs to be improved. My room has a lack of towels and no bathrobe which I noticed too. I also think the property could use a little bit of renovating.

The only feedback we have is that there were a lot of plastic cups at the bottom of the pool, likely from the 4th of July but nonetheless, it didn't feel good to step on them.
-
Very quaint and beautiful property in Sonoma. The staff was excellent. Awesome service.
-
Parking close to your unit; very warm front desk and staff at pool and restaurants; Walkable to Sonoma Square Weird bathtub (overly large with high step-in)
-
Nice hotel! Comfortable beds. Nice fire-pits and restaurant. The wallpaper in the elevator needed replacing- it was torn
