Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel

Staff was very friendly. They were going through some renovations so some areas weren’t great but lobby was nice. Our room towards the back of the hotel was nice! Breakfast was great too!

Have stayed here several times. Staff is always very nice. Room was immaculate

The pictures online and hotel did not match. The carpet was old, bed uncomfortable (could feel bed springs), the food was terrible and the pool was closed for no given reason.

Was smell in room and so-so hot water

They don’t want to give out any towels. I made a reservation for 3 days and I asked for towels I was told that I can only have one. So each day I receive one bath towel and one hand towel. No face towels at all. The hotel was nasty and outdated. The hallways were full of the smelled of marijuana and mildewed carpets. The rooms were damp and dark. The mattresses are worn out. The website is very misleading Please beware, the rooms look nothing like the pictures . The hotel is AWFUL. It’s not place for children especially with some of the people I saw walking in and out of there. 0 out of 10

The room smalled

The front staff was rude. I booked with booking and paid online, but when I got there the woman at the front told me I had not paid and tried to charge me again without even asking. Thankfully I keep money in my savings or I would have been out another $172! She kept insisting I hadn’t paid when I showed her the receipt multiple times. Finally she had to call her manager who told her that I did pay, and was already checked in. It took about 45 minutes after arrival to get to our room, but when we got there the tv didn’t work so we had to switch rooms!

The place is ok. The pool was out of service and so was the washer and dryer.

The hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke all through the room despite being designated as non- smoking. The lock on the door was broken and the door would not stay on hinges with opening and closing. This posed a threat to safety.

Room smelled completely like mold, next room they tried to give me shower was dirty and brown.. still haven’t received my refund

The receptionists were amazing and always ready to help. The cleaners - not so much. They lied to avoid cleaning the room.

They where not friendly at all that room smell bad and that Wi-Fi was not working at all try to call from desk they did not answer
