Excellent staff. Manager even called me later on first night to see of he could do anything for us. Pool was very well maintained.

Clean campus. It was ok, but not fabulous. Ever seen a split level hotel room? Step up into the bathroom. I liked the newish look to the reno. Pool was open and crystal clear. Nestled in Amish country next toa farm, close to everything you'd want to see and do in Lancaster. Had all the normal amenities-coffeepot, microwave, fridge. It was all functional and clean. Cable TV. Excellent WIFI. 3 floors,no elevator. It's a hike up three flights. It was good, but I doubt I'd return to climb 3 stories. I was optimistic about the climb thoug, being I had no choice. Staff lessthan thrilled to be there it seemed.

Staff are amazing! Sriya and the rest made sure I was as comfortable as I can be everyday! They are friendly and helpful. Place is clean , quiet and the pool is good too. Everything in the room worked, power outlets and the usb c and a ports are a nice touch. Zero complaints highly recommend over anywhere else at this price range.

Staff was amazing. We were late getting checked out and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and modern and the pool was clean and perfect for these hot Lancaster days. Highly recommend!!

The breakfast was lacking; eggs and sausage were cold. Coffee did not work even after putting in new from the dispenser

I booked my reservation with booking.com. When I arrived they told me I had to pay again even though I showed receipt I already paid. Beware of this scam they run to try and get double the money for your stay. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere to avoid this from happening to you.

CLEAN ROOMS GREAT STAFF

It's still undergoing renovations which I didn't realize when booking & the construction crew had stuff throughout the parking lot. I was afraid I would get a nail/screw in my tire since I found some in different areas...not a cleanly crew at all! Numerous guests smoking throughout the non-smoking areas. Ant infestation on 3rd floor at top of stairwell....no elevator, so ask for 1st floor room if need be. Breakfast is only from 7-9, so no sleeping in or you'll miss it! The room was clean for the most part--floors could use a better scrubbing, and bed was comfy even though I booked a King and was given 2 Queens. The ac was a little noisy, but it was nice to have with the hot temps! I liked that there was a small fridge & microwave in the room. I also liked the LED lighted mirror while getting ready. The pool was a nice relief since it was very hot temps.
