Reviews

The property was clean and conveniently closed to everything we needed while we were there.
-
Very clean and friendly - close to lots of restaurants, nice small pool
-
Very dated motel
-
Comforter had stains all on it so did the blanket under it.
-
The staff was rude. The room was dirty. Found dirty sheets in the pullout sofa. Overall the hotel was sloppy
-
Air conditioning was extremely loud and unable to keep up. Our room was actually quite damp and hot.

After we left, I called the manager twice to try to resolve the issue, but both times I was dismissed without any effort to make things right. It's frustrating to be promised something and then have no one follow through. There were several other issues during our stay as well. The pool was tiny, the toilet in our room was difficult to flush, and the complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was sparse, the orange juice tasted spoiled, and the biscuits and gravy were cold. Customer service makes all the difference when something goes wrong, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard. The lack of communication, follow-through, and concern for guests left a very negative impression. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Super clean Swimming pool was hot.
-
On the positive, they had a variety of different teas:)
-
There is no elevator. I think that is something that should be pretty obvious when booking.

It was an older hotel but with a lot of improvements and maintenance. Very clean. Some of the rooms are used for long term stays and the room across the hall left their dog in room and dog barked for 5 hours straight.

Nothing! A few minutes after we checked in there were about 5 police cruisers show up and was escorting several people out of a room. They were all Hispanic, don't know why. Then had a lady staying there asking everyone for drugs and asked my 17 year old grandson for money and wouldn't keep her dog on a leash. We were sitting outside smoking and the staff escorted a half dressed man, wrapped in a sheet out right next to us that looked like he was strung out. It was a terrible experience!!! Would not recommend!!
