The facilities were great, and the property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything they could. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and considering the location, I think it offers good value compared to other decent accommodations in the area. The elevator was quite slow and sometimes made unusual noises and movements, which was a little concerning. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues during my stay.

I was delayed leaving Sint Maarten’s by one day due to bad weather flying home. Needed a place for one night because my previous rental wasn’t available that night. Found this on Booking.com in the morning with very good reviews. The Suites allowed me to check in an hour early because of my situation. Staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. Latoya went above & beyond to help me upgrade my room to a sea view with balcony. She even helped me with my luggage up to the room and escorted me in to show me all features. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler and the bedroom stayed very cool in extremely hot weather. Shout out again to the hotel for being so accommodating and to LaToya for being so friendly, professional and helpful. Personally I like a more secluded area but if you want to be in a great spot for beach, shopping, many restaurants & eateries, all within a block, this is the place to go!

I absolutely loved the ladies in the front. Everyone was so nice so helpful shout out to Alexia and Toya for being absolutely hospitable. It was very clean very fresh. I loved my room. It was spacious. It was perfect. The location of this hotel is so convenient. I liked everything I cannot say that I didn’t like anything or one thing honestly

The room was a little warm and I couldn't adjust the air. Also noise was an issue, I could hear everything including basic conversations in the corridor. Made it hard to get a solid sleep.

Your front manager -Aleocia B provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We also wanted to compliment your cleaning lady-sorry cant recall her name -but she was Excellent and the room was very clean! It appears that ALL your staff tries their best to keep the guests happy despite some of the issues your hotel illustrates. Unfortunately your advertisement and prices reflect a water front view? I live across in south florida across the street from the beach and I Literally can SEE the beach and water-Our room could BARELY see the ocean-THATS WHAT YOU CALL A WATER FRONT VIEW? Your elevator was broken which is terrible for all the stairs your hotel has and we are lucky we're not disabled!-Have you ever heard of over night express for an elevator part? The last issue-but we didnt mention it because we only stayed one night was that the mattress in our room (nearest the bathroom) made a horrible squeaking noise by just SITTING on it!

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Christina, one of the housekeeping ladies, was always very friendly and checked if everything was okay or if I needed anything. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the place felt very comfortable and pleasant. Nothing really, everything was good and comfortable

Placed superbly and very comfortable

I did not experience the breakfast since I left at 05:30 to catch a early flight. Other than that, the room was beautiful, the handwritten note on the bed made all the difference. The staff upon arrival was kind, fun, pleasant and very helpful. Maybe a little note saying "melts and warms up when in use" on the decorative light in the room to avoid other guests like me who don't know what it does, to not spill the melted wax or maybe burn themselves. The fact that the elevator did not work was not a problem since the staff was super helpful and assisted with taking the bags upstairs.

Amazing value. You get a full suite for a great price, and are right near a lovely beach and a couple beach bars.

The Elevator was down and i had to tewk yo the flight of stairs with mt bags but a lovely lady joyce even though she was older tried to help me ...love her...all the staff was really nice.

Staff was kind, extremely helpful & very knowledgeable about the best spots to entertain.

I liked the location most and that it was a smaller property. The staff were attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was very clean, and they provided two beach towels, which was a nice touch. Also, they are very helpful in providing suggestions on getting around the island, things to do and where to eat. The elevator was out of service a few days.
