It was a super location in the centre of Shrewsbury, hotel was amazing and loved the room. The hotel staff were fantastic both when booking the stay and during. We are looking forward to staying again.

Staff cleanliness quality of beverages and food. No air con! The freak weather unfortunately mean I think this will be a must for future reference unfortunately the planet is only getting hotter! But appreciate the fact that that's not in your control. My advice get one of them £300 Aircon units for each room and next summer advertise that! You make a killing!

Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Miriam, our host, was very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful historic building. We couldn't immediately spot the building, despite our satnav taking us to the right place. Probably more our fault for not looking properly but we had to go around Shrewsbury a second time!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and quirky. It's retained the historical aspects of Drapers Hall, while creating a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of choice. There were plentiful teas and coffees in the room. The hotel is very well located in the middle of the town. There is parking available, but we parked in the Frankwell Main car park, about 10 min walk away.
