I always enjoy staying in Toyoko. The room was spacious The breakfast was only onigiri.. as we stayed more than one night it wasn't nice to eat onigiri every morning despite the variety of them.. I stayed in other Toyoko where they had a great breakfast so this was very disappointing

The room was clean and everything worked as usual. Basic services were there, so no worries. As with all hotel rooms in Japan, they are too small!

Had everything that I expected from the hotel, good location, and free breakfast is nice to have as well. room was a little small

Smoking rooms (don’t smoke but there were no other options) have a strong smell of cigarettes, so if you are a non-smoker and sensitive to the smell, it can be not so pleasant. Make sure to book a non-smoking room.

Comfortable Well-structured electricity plugs Lot of mirrors in the room (convenient for make-up) Have all you want e.g. Hairdryer, towels, amenities Location is quite a distance from the station by walking and the buses in the city are not that easy to take. Please manage your time well if you’re in a hurry going somewhere.

Location is good, close to the main town centre. When making the booking I put down 3 kids and 2 adults, booked 2 rooms, expecting the rooms be next to each other or at least in the same floor, however that’s not the case. Was given 2 rooms 5 floors apart. So it could be a problem if you have small kids.

Service excellent Only 2 people per room, I travel with children, we have to get 2 rooms. Lucky we have translated apps, staff doesn't speak English at all

Basic hotel at walking distance from the train station. Offers a very basic buffet breakfast. The windows are not very soundproof, I could hear traffic quite well as if the window was partially open and I was on the 12th floor. Breakfast is until 9.00 which is quite early.

The breakfast had various choices, and the kitchen staff was working busily with courtesy. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very nice! The location was very good, too. The bathtub drain was very small and clogged very badly. The front staffs were just very official, not friendly. I saw there were a lot of businessmen staying and I felt the staffs were nicer to them than travelers, kind of discriminated.

It is located 7 minutes walk from shizuoka station. The room is comfy as well as the mattress. The check in and check out system is self service and easy. Nothing

It’s clean and the staffs are polite. It will be more convenient if there were more seats provided in the breakfast area.

Very interesting design,everything is automatized, so futuristic Camera was a bit noisy... Check-in process was long due to check in machines failure.
