Lovely hotel in a great location to the technology hub in Shenzhen Breakfast was great every morning (although sometimes a little cold) there was a large selection of very fresh food. Made to order noodle bar as well. Friendly helpful staff Including our friend Xiao Guo who helped us stay another night and answered our many questions. The gym was convenient as well. We loved the takeout robot! Nothing negative to report!

I was first given a room with fake window which I refused. Then I was switched to a room with drapes over a wall half way, and a window looking into a mother wall 10 ft away. Can barely see the lobby downstairs. There is no safe provided. Not one international channel on tv. Though it is 10 min away from subway, one has to walk thru a rather steep underground tunnel to cross a major street

Clean easy to find No windows in rooms and noisy from other bedrooms (probably not common but the sound travels round the hotel a lot)

The rooms and facilities are lovely and very clean. The shower is excellent. The address on booking.com is wrong. Took us over an hour to find the correct location and address of this hotel.

It was close to my daughters hotel. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. I like the free laundry room available even comes with free washing pods. Close to the shops. I hated the smoking in the hotel. The smell was everywhere in the hotel. It was disgusting the smell of cigarettes everywhere in the hotel, even in my room. English communication is very difficult. Had to use the translator app all the time.

Easy location to mall. Facilities were good, breakfast came with booking & access to laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Room made up everyday which was lovely. Great shower space. Venue was not smoke free so the smell of smoke was through the hallways & in sitting areas. Not much table space in the room I had. Toilet was very close to the door.

Clean and comfy Staff was not cooperative as we were short of RMB, we offered them dollars as room security and asked to pay RMB in morning at the time of check-out but they denied and insisted for RMB
