Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. Wifi service not working.

Clean, comfortable. Well situated, I had excellent sleep that night, the staff was nice and helpful. Nothing really stands out that i didn’t like.

The bull sculpture at the entrance. 1.There was no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, so we had to take a taxi, which cost us 38 yuan. 2.The room we were assigned (Room 401) had a dusty wooden floor, wrinkled bed linens, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke trapped inside the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The internet was very very slow that I could not get my work done till move to other hotel. The breakfast was so bad that i did not even wanted to have it. I did not like the location.

Quiet smaller neighborhood. Older place. Perfect to relax. Near a Temple and bus stop. Friendly staff.

the room was huge and comfy. Staff are helpfull. Tok tok has taken from me 20 rmb from metro station and taxi to the airport from hotel service cost me 60 rmb at night. Which i consider are good prices Liitle away from metro station, but cheap tok tok for 20 RMB solves your problem

The location is bad. I could not find the hotel in both google map or amap. The driver who picked me up from the airport forgot to stop at the hotel and told me to walk 2km to the hotel and I was lost due to the unknown address.

Contacting the driver picked up from Airport was really difficult since he didn't know English. And also he was quite like a machine and not decent and polite and acted so hurried.

Airport pick up and drop off was handy and free. No hidden costs. Room was cheap and a big size. Perfect for a long layover. Staff were helpful with ordering food for us as nothing is nearby, there was a language barrier but we could communicate with Google translate. Bathroom needs updating and needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and was dust/hair on the floor. So needs more throughout cleaning.

Nobody spoke englisch, security guards smoke in the lobby, everything stinks, bathroom was not cleaned, Room in bad condition!

Conveniently located near Pudong Airport, beds were comfortable with clean bedding. Shower was hot and staff polite, tried their best to help us with some information despite not speaking good English. Smoking indoors is simply not acceptable on the 21st century. There were signs saying smoking forbidden but still, the stench of cigarettes was everywhere. When we entered the lift to go down, our clothes became impregnated with bad smell. The carpets look like they’ve seen better days and had far too many stains. I was scared to step on it barefoot and catch some disease.

When I booked this hotel, the online presentation and the communication regarding services and procedures was outstanding. Sadly, this appeared to be AI because what we experienced in real life was completely different to the advert. It went wrong from the beginning when the shuttle service offered showed up at the wrong door and just drove off after a minute. We had no choice but to book a taxi so that we wouldn't have to wait for 4 hours in the cold since the service only comes one every 1-2 hours. This was just the beginning. The hotels name advertised online was completely different from the hotel we were taken to. The whole advert appears to be a scam. We could only confirm it was the right hotel when our booking number was confirmed. Upon arriving at the hotel, nobody spoke any english, and we communicated using a translator on our phone. The staff did not seem to care about the behaviour of the driver when we explained what had happened. They only cared about taking payment. The hotel, which had clear no smoking signs, smelt of very strong cigarette smoke. We observed people blatantly flouting the rules and smoking inside the hotel in front of children and non-smokers, forcing everyone to breathe in their smoke. This had clearly been going on for quite a while because the air in the hotel was unclean and stagnant. The strong smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere and very strong in the room to the point that it smelt unhygienic. We had to check out within an hour of being there and opted to stay at the airport instead for our 20-hour layover. We felt so uncomfortable and disturbed by the poor standard at the hotel. Ideally, we would like our money back because such a low quality hotel should not be allowed to advertise itself on this app.
