It's right next to the station, literally stepping outside the hotel is the entrance to the train station and maglev station

Location: it’s only few steps to Maglev Station and a mall as well. Staff: they were very attentive and great attitude. They tried to serve on what we were looking for. Thanks for that! As Thais, we do like cold water. But there was no refrigerator in the room.

Great location. Right next to maglev station and a building full of restaurants. Beds are hard. No bidet in toilet. Sometimes smell like cigarette. Very bad hotel internet.

The location is great for trips to and from Pudong Airport, right outside the Maglev station, impossible to miss. The room itself was clean. The WiFi did not work. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though I had booked a non-smoking room. The walls and doors were paper thin and I could hear doors slamming & people shouting at 2am. Staff did not help with any of the above, nor did they speak any English. Lifts & hallways were dilapidated and filthy. This goes for roughly the same price as 4 star hotels in the city centre which I can't justify. Any hotel on metro line 2 will get you to Pudong Airpot just as easily.

The room was clean, that is the only advantage of the hotel. A horrible location, no one speaks English, noise, the internet doesn't work, and the smell of renovation. I left the hotel after a day of staying, you can find a way better for the same price. Looks like they are catching silly foreigners like me, but suggest a fair price on the local platforms.

Staff were polite, helpful and efficient The location was good in the sense that it was only 1 MRT stop away from the Expo Centre. However, it was extremely hard to locate the entrance of the hotel from the car and there was no pickup or drive in area so it was hard to call a cab too.

Very convenient! Hotel stands beside Longyang road station. Take exit 18 if you're taking Maglev from airport. The wifi will only connect via WeChat which is a hassle
