Property very close to metro line 2 people square station and also to the peoples square walking road. Many restaurants and shopping area nearby. I stayed in a single bed room. The property is over priced. Breakfast quantity is little.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hostel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is the best! I could go anywhere I want by walking or metro. Nanjing road and shopping malls are nearby. If you’re a big lover of shopping then it’s the best choice to stay here.

All the staff were helpful and had an adequate amount of English which helped.

I really enjoyed my stay here: prime location, decent price, very clean bedroom and bathroom. Free laundry was a great add on! Would stay here again should I return to Shanghai. Thank you to Wang Shi Xin for her help at the front desk :)

A lot of noise from the hall way

People were living in my dorm room and they had their stuff everywhere. The hostel shouldn’t place people only for a few nights in rooms with people living long term in the dorms as it was so cluttered and hard to find space for my stuff.

The receptionist was very unfriendly! When I entered they didn’t even say hello rather than asked for my passport directly! They didn’t provide any advice for the common areas etc. They give you sheets and you need to make your own bed and when you’re checking out bring the sheets to the reception area! I booked a 4-bed room and it was so tiny that there was no space to leave the luggage not to mention to open it! The bathroom had no space to leave your things only to hang them and it could also be a bit cleaner or get cleaned more often!

The location was excellent, the facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful.

the hallways leak a lot of noise into the rooms, it was a little disruptive at times

The staff were very friendly, and Lu, Niu, Ze and Eric were repeatedly helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the bar which had a great selection and the beds were very comfortable. The gym was also good, and the lobby/bar area is a great place to make new friends.

The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around — and the social area is pleasant and comfortable. In general, everything was good and worked well.
