I tried to use the room service to order some food and called the number for room service . The ladies on the phone did not understand a word a was saying and started giggling and was very unprofessional treated and ended up not ordering and had to walk to the restaurant. Addressed this issue to restaurant manager and he told me it was external issue.

The staff were always attentive and helpful, and they kept smiling no matter how many people were waiting in line. Their hospitality really made the stay enjoyable. The food could be better — more variety would make it nicer.

comfortable bed.. air conditioning was actually operating unlike almost every other hotel in Shanghai. I actually slipped over and fell quite hard on the bathroom floor.. the beautiful marble tiles are incredibly slippery with just the smallest drop of water. I'm still sore days later.
