The location is amazing. Only across the street from Exit 3A of Subway Yuyuan Garden. Also it’s located not far from Yu garden as well. You can walk 5–10 mins to reach there. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They are quite attentive which, is superb. A slightly recommendation on property replenishment. The room and facilities are getting aged and somehow I think it’s time for them to consider the maintenance.

Its location is excellent. The staff are very friendly. Especially, Coco who works at Club Lounge is very friendly and works very hard to meet our needs. Room cleaning person works very hard to keep our room clean. The room is very spacious and clean. None

Facilities feel a bit underprepared for families. We stayed as four and found only 2 glasses and 2 small coffee capsules in the room (one of which was decaf) — small details, but noticeable. The bigger disappointment was the lobby bar on the 4th floor. For two pizzas, two cocktails, and two juices, the price was completely unjustified — the pizzas tasted like store-bought frozen ones reheated in a microwave. Skip the bar entirely and head elsewhere for food and drinks.

This is my second time in the hotel. Great location, amenities, clean, staff and food this is why I stayed again! Difficult to say what I didn’t like it.

Location Breakfast is the same everyday. Not for those who need to stay > 1 day. Only 50% of the local staff are friendly and welcoming. Met one Filipino staff who lifted the other 50% up. Nothing beats Filipino hospitality.

The location and room fit our family of 5. The hotel facilities and staff were exceptional and providing the assistance and support during our stay. The photos of our room was a direct match with selected option. Staffs were helpful and friendly, third party airpot shuttle service was also convenient and a great price with support from the hotel’s concierge. -
