Excellent hotel with metro station downstairs, a few stops from the main attractions in Shanghai. Breakfast was truly excellent and diverse, catering to both Asian and European guests. Reception staff was top quality and very helpful to accommodate our requests. Bonus for the faithful catholics - biggest Catholic cathedral in the Far East is across the street.

Convenient location. The hotel is close to subway station. A few bus routes stop steps away. The room is clean and has a closet, safety deposit box, umbrella, iron and ironing board. The hotel also offers different types of pillows to suit individual preference. Breakfast includes both Western and Chinese styles. Staff are well trained and professional. The gym has adequate fitness facilities. Wifi can sometimes be slow or weak.

Rooms were a bit worn. Had shower over bath, water pressure was disappointing.

Honestly, for the price i would expect a better service. The staff is very u friendly, my grandma's wheelchair broke down and no one even tried to help. We asked for a hotel technician fo have a look they said they didnt have, we asked if they could search for a place to fix it, concierge wouldnt speak any english so no one could help us at all. The room wasnt ready when we arrived, had to ask for the manager to finally give us the room... dont reccomend at all. For the same price you can find much better options

Close to metro entrance but quite a long walk in the station to get to the platform. Close to malls and restaurants. Staff was professional. Consistent water temperature. No room make up or towel change if the make up room light was not turned on. No shower hose.

The rooms and some of the employees were good. Even though I have a reservation from booking, the person who made the reservation told me that I should reserve another room and make a new payment. I paid for both the booking application and the hotel for 1 room.

The location is very central, next to metro and lots of shops, coffee shops, opposite the newly renovated cathedral and library, very beautiful at night. The hotel facility is a bit older, but still clean.
