We liked the snacks offered between 9-11pm. It's a good perk of the hotel. Unfortunately we found some bugs in our room's bathroom.

Everything was amazing, super confortable rooms, great food and free coffee. A little bid far from downtown Shanghai but it was good Just a little bit far from downtown but wasn’t a big deal

Very clean hotel, decent rooms, and helpful staff (special thanks to the young man and woman at breakfast!). Varied breakfast choices and full housekeeping every day. The location is a bit far, but it's okay because the hotel is close to a metro station. I still recommend this hotel!

The room is super nice and spacious with sport equipment inside! Staff is also very helpful. I wish we stayed longer) There is nothing to complain about except for remote location from the downtown. But you should really consider the metro since the nearest station is just around the corner and you can buy a ticket by cash in the ticket machine at the station. Also, the location is favorable for those heading Pudong airport in a rush hour.

The room was of proper size with nice bathroom, working table and sofa A deposit was taken and kept long (almost 4 weeks) after I left the hotel. Communication in English was sometimes not easy.

Room was clean and comfy I got a guaranteed price from booking.com CNY1,800. When I got to the hotel they charged me CNY2,200!!! The receptionist say that it’s the current price of the hotel, I can barely understand the receptionist. He couldn’t explain why. THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.
