Clean hotel at good location. Good breakfast with good choices. Only paid 48 CNY for the breakfast (around 6 Euro). It doesn't accept VISA card. You cannot image a (international) hotel in the international city - Shanghai doesn't accept VISA card, but it is true. Mastercard is not acceptable as well. I had to install an APP for Alipay with complicated procedure and personal identity verification, and time of waiting for personal ID approval. Alipay charges additional 3% fee for money transfer. This is added immediately at the payment. Plus 2% transfer fee from my bank. It actually has 5% fee for the hotel payment. My bank of VISA card charges only 2% transfer fee from NOK to CNY. Some other banks are even without transfer fee.
