Room Size, Room view, the smell in the hotel, the staff, Opening hours of the gym. That the gym wasn’t fully available, because the gym was a reason why I booked this hotel.

I ask for Bund views room but they give me second floor one, so I only can see street trees that blocks all the views. Ask for a room in the 3rd floor or higher if it’s possible.

Great great location, very clean and conformable room, good customer service,they even help me to fix a broken luggage, move in and out of my luggage from car to room..river view to see huangpu river, fantastic when the lights on. Breakfast has rich selections. None

From elevators to our room long hallway

We had a memorable stay in this hotel. IT is right in the centre of activity in Shanghai and the Shanghai Tower and the skyway are in walking distance. The Riverside too is by the hotel and we enjoyed the walk by the river. The Tunnel too is just within walking distance as a result we were able to walk to the opposite side of the river. the view of the river and the lit up buildings from the hotel window was just spectacular. It would recommend to pay a little extra for the river view. Limited variety of fod for the evening meal.

Was very clean, food was great and great location. I thought some of the women at reception weren’t helpful. They seemed to get upset when I was trying to speak English and would stare at me which made me feel uncomfortable. They seemed to men were great and very patient and helpful.

Not enough staff spoke English well. I stayed here several years ago and remember it as being better.

Very few of the staff spoke English. There was no option to add breakfast when I booked. But we learned there is breakfast. They gave us complementary breakfast. Which was very good.. the room was about 26 degrees. Had a hard time getting the temp down. So we had a rough time trying get some.sleep

The hotel offers modern, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Its prime location made exploring Shanghai easy, and we used Didi for all transportation needs. The staff’s limited English made communication difficult, which could be improved.

Good sized room with a nice view of the river. On booking.com it shows the distance to the nearest metro station is 500m but actually it is 700m .
