Breakfast is amazing, and hotel is very good located

great location for trade fair and for the local market by Science Museum. Also not far from the bund. Stayed amny times now and will be back again in Septemeber. Nice to see more shops, resturants have opened around it too nothing

Staff at main desk were extremely helpful. Rooms were beautiful and the staff were very helpful, when we arrived it was really warm the lady who cleans the room brought extra water and a fan which was really appreciated. We didn't include breakfast, however, ordered a meal to our room delicious.

There are huge selection of restaurants around the hotel. Quiet and green area. Air-conditioner's temperature regulator doesn't work in room 1809. Not much selection in morning breakfast.

Location was excellent. Across the street is Family Mart. Walk out of lobby into the street, turn right, 20-30 yards, turn right into the plaza ... restaurants are there. Go a little deeper into the plaza, you will see stairs and escalator going down into a supermarket and a food court. You will find everything you need here in this plaza. For this reason alone, this makes this location the BEST. Room size was very good, desk and chair for work, bed and pillow were soft and comfy. I do not have a single complaint about this place. The location near the expo is good, 5 min by car. And it only takes 20-30 min by car to the city center. Comfortable beds. No A/C in the rooms so the temp was +26C at the most - and there's nothing you can do to cool down. The balcony was locked. The breakfast mainly consists of warm Chinese dishes, only a few options if you don't like those. The reception staff was helpful but didn't speak English, so it was a bit difficult to communicate.

Location Shuttle bus SNIEC cannot accommodate more than 10-12 people during event

Great location to SNIEC (exhibition centre) very practical for business except "chinese internet" i.e. everything you know was blocked. Do not forget to install VPN before arrival.

Good breakfast and convenient location near shops and restaurants at walking distance. Good size room with comfy bed and good bathroom. Good taxi and Didi service. The hotel could use some refreshing, it feels a little old and a bit high price. Window sound insulation was not so good. The front desk was a bit slow with customers.
