The location is the only positive thing. The room that we had has been recently partially very cheap renovated. The old doors that have mold are still in the room. In addition the room had ants, so you practically you cannot leave anything on the counter. The breakfast was horrible, we booked the breakfast for three days, but after discovering it, we decided that it does not worth anything, so we asked if we can cancel only the breakfast, but that was not possible. The vending machine does not work, but it is not labelled as defected, so if you try to buy something it will not respond, you need to wait for someone at the reception to get you what you want.

Great location, easy to walk around the old town. Parking was a definite plus! A little difficult getting into the room to begin with.

It is in good location in proximity to many attractions Both faucets are not tightened to the countertops, same with bathroom sink. Toilet was clean, but horrible chemical smell Parking garage is supper tight, but usable if you drive small car.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Front desk super helpful. Nice rooftop terrace. AC worked great. No toilet paper, the floor was a little dirty. Barely any kitchen ware. It was okay but for the price I was expecting a little more.

Friendly, helpfull and informative staff. Clean throughout. Beds and pillows comfortable. All facilities that were required. Staff went out of the way when I requested an extra item. Patio area nice. Location for walking access. Carrefour extra close by for provisions. A little noise from outside at weekend. Walls quite thin could hear doors. Plunge pool area is not very attractive. Loungers uncomfortable hard plastic.

We had a fantastic time staying in a deluxe apartment for 5 nights. Daniel was incredibly helpful and made our stay so easy. The apartment was cleaned beautifully each day and the roof terrace was a joy. As well as the friendly staff, the other important thing is the location, which was perfect for any trip to Sevilla. The bus station was only 10-15 minutes away and we were able to go to the Cinema Cervantes across the road. One of the main streets for cafes and bars - the Alameda de Hercules - is less than 5 minutes walk. We will recommend these apartments to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed the location, alsow the big windows, and comfy beds! there was no tee or coffe in the room, even if they have a coffe machine.

The location is in the hart of Sevilla The water was not running, or with very low pressure, it was impossible to clean the shampoo from my hair

The property was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy too. Staff were helpful I stayed in building across the road with my room facing out onto the road. Beware if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday and have that room as there is a nightclub across the little road. Thankfully I had earplugs and white noise but when I took them out people were stood right outside the windows chatting until 6:30am. Ask for a different room
