The whole hotel was clean and well looked after. We loved the location, facilities, food and staff. A huge mention has to be given to Anna at reception, she was incredible. Her friendly nature and helpfulness did not go unnoticed. We loved having conversations with her, she made us feel so welcome and made our stay at this hotel 10x better! The only complaint I would have is the snack bar on by the pool. It wasn’t manned and you have to ring for someone to serve you. Saying this, when you called, someone would be at the bar within 5 minutes.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, exceeded my expectations in everything. Location is perfect, walkable everywhere, but quiet enough, lovely square, the room spacious, huge comfortable bed, great shower, coffee maker, A/C working perfectly, beautiful rooftop bar and pool, absolutely great, friendly, helpful staff. I had my car in their (valet) parking, and when i was leaving, they put in my car a sweet card and 2 water bottles, such a lovely gesture. All our experience was a pleasure here.

Great location, walking distance from everything. The pool was lovely, rooms were a good size, clean & comfortable. The staff were hospitable, helpful, polite and friendly. They also organised a birthday decoration in the room for my husbands birthday which was amazing! Thank you so much Nothing!

Nothing Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unhelpful and the way they treated us was unacceptable. The hotel’s customer service was far below expectations. Definitely not an experience I would recommend
