Hotel Venecia

The location is very good. Old towels with giant holes in them. Broken hair dryer. Stains on the blanket. The place is rundown and way too expensive for the condition it is in.

There were some signs of wear and tear on the walls, and my room was near the elevator, which got a little noisy at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location truly couldn’t be better — it’s within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, I felt welcome and well taken care of, and they were always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests. My room was spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. n/a

Very small street to access with car to near parking lot

Most importantly, the bed in my room was excellent. I also appreciated recommendations for dinner places from the front desk staff. They helped me find truly excellent food in the area. 1. The hotel practices truly extraordinary amounts of excessive emailing, by far more than any other hotel I stayed on this trip to Spain. They send you something like a dozen emails before, during, and after your stay. I am on vacation, I don't need your email, cut it! Also, don't ask me to check in in advance - this is YOUR job to do the check in, and I am paying to you for it. 2. There was no shower door in the shower, which made taking showers horrible, with water all over the bathroom floor. 3. The hotel has no breakfast, not even a microwave in a lobby. 4. There were ants in the room. Not many, but enough to be noticed. I'm sorry, but insect infestation is unacceptable.

The shower was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. We requested additional pillows on the second night, and the staff promptly provided them. Very pleasant place to stay.

Fantastic reception when we arrived. Good underground parking on site. Extremely clean and close walking distance to all tourist sights.

The staff was incredible, so professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, this kind of service is sometimes very hard to find, and Hotel Venecia got it.

There is no access to steaming services eg Netflix as described in the hotel facilities. As a woman travelling alone and not going out at night just having bbc news channel to watch made my 5 night stay boring in the evenings. I asked at reception to be told they don’t have streaming services so that needs to be corrected. Plus the other guest slammed door, talked loudly when walking down corridors late at night or early in the morning

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable ( especially the pillow :) ) The hotel location is excellent, they are in the heart of Seville.
