保险箱没法用，即使工作人员送来一张所谓的专用卡也没办法设置保险箱。晚间的酒店前台人员非常少，几乎提供不了什么帮助。浴缸边沿发黑，像是根本没有用心刷过。

I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so helpful and the hotel is gorgeous. We had to leave so early the next morning, we didn't get to experience everything the hotel has to offer.

This is a gem of a hotel. In the flamenco part of Seville, so easy for a 10 min walk to the cathedral and all key sights. The hotel is in narrow streets which gave great shade against the 39degree Spanish sun. The rooms were clean and air conditioned and the hotel had an antique feel but was very well maintained. Staff were great. My only minor quibble was the lack of a bar in the hotel but otherwise its a very strong recommendation.

The staff were friendly, the location is great. I really enjoyed the courtyard. It was a nice place to sit and relax. It was also very clean. I wouldn’t say I disliked anything from this property.

The only thing in the room was the placement of the full length mirror...it was impossible to use due to it's placement . It was a very narrow one on the wardrobe drawer and the desk was very close to it. Otherwise it was lovely to see there was both a bath and a shower . Maybe there could be one or two TV channels in English as surely there are many tourists from outside of Spain, using this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in heart of Sevilla. We asked for a quiet room and got one with the windows to the inner yard. The breakfast was great. And what is really cool is that the place has many small cute corners where one can seat and have a chat or read the book. Definitely coming here again. I'd recommend adding a toilet brush in the bathroom. Also, there a multiple steps within the hotel, so may not be 100% accessible everywhere.

Room was very nice, and had a little tiny courtyard. Nice black out curtains and very nice breakfast. The Courtyards within the hotel were also very pleasant. The location was central and very convenient, but not noisy. I liked it all.

Interior, cleaness, atmosphere, calmness, polite staff, close to everything, spacy room, bed-matress-pillows... and the list can go on.. nothing to dislike.

Some things were broken and the furniture was pretty old.
