Beautiful decoration, amazing rooms and wonderful service!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. Close to all the sights and just off the main areas for a peaceful retreat. The staff were wonderful. We loved that the room had everything you could possibly need. It was our favorite hotel during our three week stay to Spain/Portugal. Perfect!!! Nothing.

The hotel has some nice regional design elements and clearly aims for a boutique, design-focused atmosphere. The location is good, and there is a very cozy courtyard where breakfast is served. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The coffee at breakfast was good. Overall the hotel feels significantly overpriced for what it offers. Even with the room upgrade, the room was not very comfortable — the bed and pillows were not great. The bedding was also not properly cleaned when we arrived; there were hairs on the pillows. After we reported this to reception, only the pillowcases were replaced. The curtains were quite dusty, which became obvious when staff closed them in the evening and a lot of dust came up. The bathroom itself was fine, although there was occasionally an unpleasant smell from the drain. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. There is no buffet — everything is brought by a waiter from a fixed list, leaving no choice for guests. The fruit looked dried out, the pastries were mediocre, and the bread seemed stale. Both breakfasts we had were disappointing. Overall the hotel presents itself as a 5-star Grand Luxe property, but in reality it feels closer to a standard 4-star hotel and does not justify its price.

Great breakfast: a table side service style offering high quality food starting from hot beverage, Cava, juice, fruit plate, cold cut selections with Iberian product, egg in your preferred style and finally followed by dessert including churros and daily home made cake. A great breakfast is no doubt a good beginning of a day. Nothing

The staff and accommodations were amazing. The decor is well thought out and each room is different. We were upgraded upon arrival. The bar and staff were friendly and attentive. Beautiful rooms and products. We ran into some travel issues and the reception staff jumped in to help. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel. Nothing!

Perfect Everything

Everything, we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend staying there if you want clean, luxurious, and GREAT location hotel. Most attractions are 5 to 20 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was limited buffet, but everything tastes good. And I can’t forget to mention the staff, they are amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Thanks a lot. Nothing.

Outstanding service and location.

Amazing hotel, the Suite Room was exceptional with an amazing terrace. Bathroom was spacious with walking shower and bathtub. The stuff was unforgettable and gave us a feeling of a family.

The location is unbeatable: tucked in a quiet street yet literally a 2-minute walk from the vibrant shopping area of Calle Sierpes and Tetúan, where designer boutiques, local artisans, and classic Spanish stores line the pedestrian streets. After a morning exploring the Alcázar or the Cathedral, we loved returning to the calm oasis of the hotel while still being in the heart of Seville’s energy. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The interior is amazing i enjoyed the stay soooo much, but i have only one negative comment that we have noticed that we have missed a minor stuff when we have left the hotel we did not find it till to date. Everything else was amazing

Very clean, great location, fantastic staff

This hotel was beautiful and the staff absolutely wonderful. We had a room on the first floor with a large common open area outside our room to sit and visit with friends that were with us. The hotel location is walking distance to shopping, multiple restaurants and the Cathedral and Palace. The dinner in the restaurant was good and there was a nice bar for drinks after returning from dinner out. Would definitly recommend and would stay here again when in Seville. Really nothing. There was always someone at the desk to answer questions, make dinner reservations and book taxis. Everything we needed was delivered to our room quickly and by someone who was always pleasant.

There is a regularly used street right by the hotel, or our room. A bit too noisy.
