Reviews

The cleanliness of the hotel, the staff, and that they have a restaurant/bar with reasonable prices I can’t think of anything. Highly recommended
-
Location No water or coffee in rooms
-
It’s across Plaza España I think it needs a refurbishing of rooms.
-
Stunning view, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel was exactly what we needed, great value, very clean, spacious room. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. They also had a luggage room to store our bags on our last day. Staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations. It was a bit of a walk to get to the buzz of the city center

Good location. Near to Plaza de España! They have a oven and coffee machine at lobby for guest use. The wifi was weak and not connecting well at level 5. Other than this, everything was well and comfortable.
-
Beautiful room, great views Good view. Delicious breakfast
-
Location No on-site parking, paid assigned parking spot in a public underground garage, quite hard to drive/walk in and out. Very expensive breakfast, 22 euro/person.
-
Location and very good and attentive personnel at the Bar-Restaurant
-
Parking not at the hotel itself
-
Price Breakfast Size of room Needs hard renovation!!! Mattres was cheap and stiff/uncomfortable...no extra pillow in the room

The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Spacious and good location! We thought this hotel was a bit expensive in comparison to others.
-
They gave us a room facing the inner yard. The room had unpleasant smell covered with strong room fresheners. The room needs renovation. In the morning there was strong noise from above.

It was a nice location and a comfortable enough bed. The room was tiny for the ~$300 USD I paid for it. When I checked in late the front was not friendly in any regard. It was old and run down especially in the bathroom shower, no part of it felt like a nice stay.

Very quiet and nice location.

Not too expensive but exxpensive for what I got Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Uncomfortable bed

Location and clean
-
Location and view of the adjacent Plaza España (rear side). Our room (605?) had the hotel wi-fi signal only in the hallway near the door. Any further into the room, there was no signal.

The location was good, and Emma the receptionist was super nice and efficient. The rooms were outdated, there was a cigarette smell in the room, and we had a cockroach in the bathroom! Even after we were kindly moved to a different room, better room. But the cigarette smell was very bed. It’s more 3 start level. But the price per night matches it. It was very inexpensive.
