Everything, hotel is superb - location, food and service. In August 2026 we spent four unforgettable nights in this authentic Andalusian hotel with enchanting art and history flair. We do like boutique hotels, but this particular hotel far exceeded all our expectations: the location in the old town was perfect – 5-7 min walks from main attractions (Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, Bullring). The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and very stylish. All hotel amenities were well maintained, and the service was at the highest level. The delicious breakfasts with variety of sliced red and white fish sprinkled with oil, assorted meats, cheeses and fresh season fruits, fresh orange juice and excellent coffee. All this in a lovely boutique breakfast room with painting on the wall, white tablecloths, beautiful glasses and cutlery, and elegant large plates. Very stylish, authentic and memorable. We fully enjoyed our relaxing and pleasant stay in this beautiful and cozy hotel, with no street noise and fuss of tourist crowds. And what a pleasant surprise we had on my wife’s birthday. To enjoy this special occasion, the hotel provided us with an ice bucket and a bottle of Cava sparkling wine in our room. Our heartiest words, and THANK YOU for helpfulness, sincere attention to our needs and requests go to charming Marianela and to all staff of the hotel. On our trip to Spain, we stayed in different hotels in Madrid and Barcelona, but only Las Casas Del Arenal in Seville is the place we both wish to return one day for a moment of Joy and peace amid dreadful years of the horrible and devastating war. I wanted a nice authentic hotel in the centre but not a noisy street. It was absolutely perfect and the room was so lovely .prob go so far to say one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in The staff were so friendly and always there for you 24/7 So helpful and nothing was too much trouble I’d Definitely book if I was to return Nothing

Well staffed, extremely attentive, and hospitality staff went above and beyond to assist us in our stay as non-Spanish speaking citizens. I would recommend this classic style, in city-limits hotel to anyone looking to have quick access to all city cites.

It was a good location The facility is dated. Breakfast is bad. There’s event no comforter on the bed, just 2 layers of sheets!
