Location,spacious room, nice breakfast and kind staff The first night I was given a small room which was not what I booked.but the following day, the room was changed.

Staff packed us a breakfast ti go because we were checking out early It was noisy and the room wasnt very clean, esp the cupboard

Staff on reception were excellent and very helpful. The Room Amenities state that it's soundproof. It most certainly was not and you could easily hear other hotel guests in the corridor and the rooms next door

The location was good. The room was clean and nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a weird power outage in my room one of the nights. A maintenance person had to come at 1 am to fix the issue. There was no AC, so I could not go without it being fixed.

Location is good, we were walking to most destinations. The lobby was nice. Room was big and clean, nothing fancy but functional and decent. Elevators were not working. Beds were not comfortable. Mattress was really firm. I had mild back pain in the morning which I never have. My kids didn't like it either. We could hear the shower running and muffled conversations from the adjacent room. My kids woke up early one morning due to noise in the hallway. If you like to stay in bed in the morning or go to bed early, it may impact your sleep. Oh, there is a school next to the hotel! You can hear the kids in the morning. I mean, it is part of life but on vacation, you may want to sleep in.

The location is right in the center of Seville, nice neighborhood. The staff allowed us to part right at the hotel goor. It is quite normal property, not excellent, but good enough!

We had ants in our room , in the bed and through out the bathroom. Yes they did move us. But to a very tiny room .

Beds are comfortable, pillows are not! Our ensuite shower flooded and water was either freezing cold or far too hot, very difficult to adjust water temperature

Everything was good. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable for what was offered. The location was excellent with very good access to everything. The hotel charged for bottled water, which is usually free in most hotels. This was disappointing and not a good point for this hotel.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The reception area is very smart. Our room was on the first floor and very quiet. The bathroom was perfect. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had a very early flight on Monday morning and we were given a picnic breakfast which was very helpful. I can't think of anything
