Close to everything The only thing I did not like was the entrance was a bit confusing. It is down an alley which is fine, but Google Maps takes you to the street side of the hotel where there are two locked doors. A sign here with a map and or arrows would help greatly.

Everything!

The room was very small and had no view

Very interesting and unique, rooms were immaculate and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing! We even had a small pool, which felt wonderful on a hot afternoon.

Staff is helpful and hotel is nicely designed. Nice rooftop with small pool. Rooms are a bit small and furniture is old but thats a normal thing in Europe.

Loved the music. Nothing to not like.

Breakfast served in the room was delightful. Truly an elegant old world experience. The staff were friendly and will to accommodate any request. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all sites of interest. Truly a lovely hotel experience. A little more guidance regarding the logistics of managing a visit to the sites. With all the tourists visiting the city it’s overwhelming to navigate each tourist site. I know the receptionists are not tourist guides , but some information on what to expect ( ie., you have to stand in line for 30 minutes so wear a sun hat). Maybe a few more tips for the guests outside the hotel experience would be helpful.

We liked location and easy access to the city center and the sights The property was outdated and in desperate need of repairs and updates. The wall paper was peeling off and looked worn out. The room had an unpleasant smell and it lacked natural light. The bathroom was basically a box with glass top and lacked any privacy. In summary the pictures posted do not reflect real situation. Breakfast was good and cafeteria staff was friendly and pleasant.

Very comfortable bed in a large, well appointed room with natural light AND privacy from a tiny interior courtyard. Stunning visual beauty in every detail and around every corner of the lobby and other shared spaces on ground floor! We loved that there were musical instruments (like the piano) that guests could use…and there was a teen boy who played beautifully! Free concert we didn’t expect!! The young man handling the night shift at the front desk was particularly accommodating to a special need that came up very late! What a relief that someone actually helped us and seemed genuinely happy to do so …not just “doing his job”. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic! Nice that we didn’t have to make decisions first thing…they just put on the table anything anyone could ever want and let us eat as much as we wanted of whatever we liked! The hotel allows guests to store their luggage after checkout and hang out in their various lobby areas if you have a late afternoon train home. I wish we could have stayed a week!! There was no way to turn off the wave action in the little pool. We just wanted to relax and float (sensory deprivation is helpful to my daughter who is autistic)….but she couldn’t do it without a wave washing her head or feet into a wall.

We really enjoyed this boutique hotel. Perfect location so you could walk to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the rooftop terrace. Lovely decor.

Convenient location. The musical theme was charming. The room was charming but a bit small.
-
The musical vibe of the hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff very very good. The room was nice, we loved our little balcony. It wasn’t that warm so we didn’t use the pool, but that area was nice as well Honestly, I have no complaints.

Beautifully located in old Sevilla, staff very friendly and helpful. The public areas of the hotel were very well appointed and numerous will many rooms to explore in this 18th century building. An inviting roof bar with a great view. My only disappointment in this hotel is that the rooms are very small and of the three that I saw none had any kind of view other than an air shaft.

A unique boutique hotel with an interesting musical decor on a very quiet alley. Wonderful rooftop bar with very reasonable cocktail prices. No problems

Beautiful, peaceful and very nicely maintained.

The hotel location was very good. Close to main attractions but not so close to be noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. We even get an upgrade for our room. There is a couple of things for improvement. altough the breakfast is ok, a buffet type will be better considering the price. Also, when it is mention that there is a Jacuzzi, the size only fits max two people. So availability is arguable.
