The hotel was great value for money. The beds were comfortable and the room was mostly clean. It was easy to access the hotel with lifts to every level. The pool was a great way to spend your siesta time. The location is central without being too close to the centre to be too busy.

We loved the breakfast each day, and the friendliness of the staff. Also the hotel was in walking distance to the square which had fabulous restaurants and shops. The pool was so small. Given the temps were over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, we made good use of the pool during the days, however it would have been much better if the pool was larger.

The room was very comfortable, and the AC worked very well. I don't speak Spanish, but I had no issue checking in or eating at the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Furthermore, the hotel is in an EXCELLENT location. 10/10. I would definitely stay again.

It's a nice hotel, but my credit card details got stolen there. I think they were hacked or a thief had access to guests' cards. Beware!! It's a nice hotel, but my credit card details got stolen there. I think they were hacked or a thief had access to guests' cards. Beware!!

The front desk staff is exceptional! They helped us arrange transportation when trains and buses were cancelled and went above and beyond to help us with translation and logistics—could not have done it without Omar! Thank you so so much!

Nice facility overall and helpful to have on-site restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a change in items each day plus a 'made to order' omelette station. Room size was good by EU standards, with a very nice, large bathroom with walk in shower. (good water pressure too!) The walking distance to some sites nearer the river was a bit long and we did hear some traffic noise at night, but the cost of the hotel compared to others closer to the river makes up for that. A negative was a weird vibration/low rumbling when we had the heat on that was loud enough to keep us awake. We simply turned off the heat and that stopped it and the temp stayed ok in the room. Lastly, when I messaged the hotel through Booking.com site, they did reply fairly quickly, but my question regarding how the hotel parking worked (where do I enter?) wasn't answered clearly even after three attempts. The first answer was "yes there is hotel parking for $20 eu daily" and then finally "it's easy to see with a sign". Well it wasn't easy to see as there was no sign at the front of the hotel at all and nowhere to briefly park to unload so we felt forced to park in the public ramp on the next block. As we walked out of the public ramp on the side street, we then saw the somewhat small and slightly obscured sign that simply said 'hotel parking'. So all the hotel needed to respond to my question would have been to state "the entrance to the hotel parking is on the side street a half block down from the corner". Am I right? Details matter....

Centric location. Upgraded our suite…it was wonderful! We couldn’t figure it out how to turn on heater. It was a little bit chilly at night and there was no extra blanket
