The room was perfect and exactly what we expected. The large balcony was great to have. The location is perfect and walking distance to many places. Having El Rincocillo down the street was a big plus. There's no shortage of places to eat and drink around.

The jalousie on the window was not good. There was lots of wind and it made so much noise during the night.

The bathroom stank the sewage and it was well know fact since all the plugs were scotched.

Felt very safe as 2 young women traveling alone. Nights felt safe too, 24/7 desk attendant. Breathtakingly beautiful lobby, cool and refreshing room to stay out of the Seville heat. Absolutely amazing location walkable to everything! Loved the staff, very kind and helpful. Would stay there again! WiFi was spotty in my room but I made it work

This hotel was great. Staff were all helpful and nice. The room was cute. The location was great. Within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Was able to walk to the Plaza de España, the Cathedral, and Alcazar Palace. Very short walk to Las Setas. Always felt safe, even coming home in the dark at night. Plaza de Ponce de Leon is like a 1 or 2 minute walk and is where a bunch of buses stop so it was really easy to get to and from the train station.

The hotel’s location is lovely, the staff are extremely helpful and respectful, the lobby is beautiful, and the room is clean. The room is very small and quite dark, with no sunlight coming in. There’s also no kettle in the room for coffee or tea, and I have to hand in the key every time I enter or leave the hotel.
